Parish Reconciliation Service

St. Ed’s Advent Reconciliation Service is Thursday, December 13 at 7pm.  There’s no better way to prepare for our celebration of Christ’s birth at Christmas.

Christmas Cantata

A Christmas Cantata, Invitation to a Miracle by Joseph M. Martin, will be performed by the Queen of All Saints Contemporary Choir at St. Mary the Immaculate Conception Church, Michigan City on Sunday, December 16 at 3:30pm.

March for Life

Participate in the annual pilgrimage & peaceful, prayerful protest on Capitol Hill in the March for Life 2019 in Washington DC led by Diocese of Gary Pro-Life Director, Rev. Theodore J. Mens, January 16-19, 2019. We will depart from St. Mary Church in Griffith & St. Patrick Church in Chesterton. Cost is $300. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due now to hold your spot on the pilgrimage and the $250 balance is due December 10. Limited seating is available. St. Mary Spaghetti Dinner

St. Mary Catholic School is hosting its 57th annual Spaghetti Supper on November 14. Tickets are $5 for seniors, $8 for adults, $5 for children. Carry outs available 11:30-7:30; Dine in 11:30-2:00 for lunch and 4:30-7:30 for dinner. More information call 663-0670.

YA Adoration & Social Night

Diocese of Gary Bishop’s Council on Young Adult Evangelization presents Adoration & Social Night for Young Adults in their 20’s or 30’s. Gather with us on Saturday, October 6, 7-8:30pm at St. Bridget (Hobart) for a night of adoration, reconciliation, conversation, & reflection. Pilgrimage

St. John the Evangelist is having a pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico from December 8 – 13, 2018.  $2,349.00 per person including air from Chicago. Respite Care Program for parents

The Diocese of Gary Apostolate for the Other-Abled is starting Friday Night Stars, a respite care program for parents of other-abled children & their siblings. Care will be provided for your children between the hours of 5-9pm once a month starting August 31. YA Catholics NWI Camino

Young adult Catholics are invited to NWI Camino, a 2 day Spiritual pilgrimage walk for young adults (college-aged, 20’s, 30’s) from Crown Point to Hammond August 4-5. Inspired by the Camino de SanAago in Spain, you’ll walk 11 miles the first day, 7.2 miles the second day, with an optional overnight campout at Our Lady of Grace In Highland, featuring Pilgrim Mass with Bishop Hying.
