Bishop Hying will celebrate Holy Mass for the Hispanic Community on Saturday, June 15 at 4pm at Bishop Noll Fieldhouse in Hammond. In addition, the Bishop will celebrate Holy Mass on the Solemnity of the Body & Blood of the Lord, Sunday, June 23 at Holy Angels Cathedral at 2pm. All are welcome to celebrate Mass with the Bishop, especially those from the western half of the diocese. A reception will follow the Mass.
Sunday, June 9 at Our Lady of Czestochowa Shrine (The Salvatorian Fathers) in Merrillville 884-0714. Mass in the Polish at 12 pm, followed by blessing of trucks & drivers (rain or shine) at approximately 1pm. A cafeteria-style Polish meal can be purchased in the Millennium Hall afterwards. It is requested that only semi-truck tractor units be brought to the shrine for the blessing (no trailers, please).
