All Saints Day is a Holy Day of Obligation. Mass will be Wednesday, October 31 at 5pm & Thursday, November 1 at 8am & 7pm (bilingual). All Souls Day is not a Holy Day of Obligation with Mass on Friday at 8am in English & 7pm in Spanish.
Fr. Rick will be at the Diocese of Gary Priests’ Convocation from Sunday afternoon, October 7th through Thursday evening, October 11th . During his absence, Fr. Pat Gaza will be celebrating daily Masses & will also need to be contacted for any funerals that might arise.
An inquiry session for RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) classes will be held on Monday, September 24 at 7pm in the Ministry center for anyone interested in becoming Catholic or need to complete a sacrament. We will discuss what is involved in the RCIA process, & if you are interested, you can register. We will then meet weekly on Monday at 7pm. If you have any questions, please contact Fr. Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is a Holy Day of Obligation. Masses are Tuesday, August 14 (Vigil) at 7 pm, Wednesday, August 15 at 8 am, & 7 pm (Bilingual). No 5pm Wednesday Mass.
Calendar meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 2 at 7pm in the ministry center. A representative from each parish group that schedules yearly activities is asked to attend this meeting.
Our next parish blood drive will be Tuesday, July 17 from 3pm-7pm in the school gym. Looking for volunteers to help work the blood drive (help pass out refreshments, & sign-in donors at registration). Sign-ups will be before & after masses the weekend of July 7-8 & 14-15. Join us in celebrating Fr. Rick’s 10th Ordination anniversary. We will be having cake in the school gym after all masses next weekend June 16 & 17.
We are in need of various supplies for our upcoming Vacation Bible School which will take place the week June 18th. There will be Donation Request Forms available in the vestibule. Fr. Rick will be at the annual Diocesan priest retreat from June 11-15. Fr. Bill Stenzel will celebrate daily Mass. Please note that the Wednesday Mass will be at 8 am instead of 5 pm.

Memorial day Mass at St. Edward Cemetery (Burr Street) will be on Monday, May 28 at 9am. Bring your lawn chairs. In case of rain, Mass will be celebrated in church.
A special graduation Mass for all high school & college graduates will be celebrated on May 27 at 8am. Graduates, please arrive by 7:45am to lineup to process in together. Please wear your cap and gown.
