Graduation Mass

A special graduation Mass for all high school & college graduates will be celebrated on June 11 at 8am Mass.  Graduates, feel free to wear your graduation robes/gowns if you still have them. There will be a coffee/donut/juice reception outside the main entrance/vestibule of the church after Mass.

Memorial Day Mass

Memorial day Mass at St. Edward Cemetery (Burr Street) will be on Monday, May 29 at 9am. Bring your lawn chairs. In case of rain, Mass will be celebrated in church.

Food Pantry Garden

We are looking for someone to take over our garden this year. The garden benefits our food pantry and is an opportunity to give people some fresh homegrown vegetables. If you are interested in feeding the poor through gardening this year, please contact the ministry center 696-7307.

Devine Mercy Novena will continue Monday, April 17 at 3pm through Saturday, April 22.  Devine Mercy Sunday Service is on April 23 at 2pm.

First Friday

Adoration followed by Benediction is held every 1st Friday of the month here at St. Edward Church. The hours for Adoration will begin after World Day of Prayer on March 3. Benediction follows at 6:15 pm.

Ash Wednesday Masses

The Masses for Ash Wednesday will be at 7am and 12pm & bilingual at 7pm on March 1.  Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are obligatory days of fasting and abstinence.  The norms on fasting are obligatory from age 18 until age 59. When fasting, a person is permitted to eat one full meal, as well as two smaller meals that together are not equal to a full meal. The norms concerning abstinence from meat are binding upon members of the Church from age 14 onwards.
